PROCESSING 

Orders for in-stock items typically ship within 3-5 days. Please allow for additional processing time around major sales or during holidays.

Custom orders typically ship within 5 to 7 days regardless of shipping method selected.

If you need an order to ship or arrive by a specific date, we urge you to note this in the special instructions field during checkout. We’ll do our best to meet your request, or contact you to let you know how quickly we can ship your order.

We are unable to make changes once an order is placed, however if you need a hand, please email hello@temple13.com with as many details as possible and we'll try our best to help. Our team is available Monday through Friday only.

 

CANADA

Please allow for a range of 3-7 business days depending on shipping method and destination.

You will receive your shipping confirmation email as soon as a label is created for your order, and the tracking status of your shipment may take up to 48 hours once a label has been created.

Once shipped, an order's tracking information is outside of our control, and as much as we'd like to be there, final delivery is out of our hands. We cannot replace missing or stolen packages at this time.


EXPEDITED SHIPPING

Want your goodies fast? We're on it! We offer 1-2 business days for domestic orders. Pricing is dependent upon destination/weight of package. We ask that you please apply our 3-5 business day window for processing to plan accordingly.

Orders placed using our Express shipping option will arrive between 1-2 business days once shipped from our fulfillment location. Orders placed late Thursday or Friday using the Express option will likely arrive the following Monday or Tuesday, and will not arrive Saturday or Sunday.

UNITED STATES

Shipping to customers in the United States will be entitled to a preferential flat rate of CAD $22.50 across the country for parcels up to 30oz in weight and $45.00 flat rate for parcels between 30oz and 50oz in weight. 

 

UNITED STATES DELIVERY TIMEFRAME

We have a standard 3-5 business days processing time, plus a 10 business days shipping ETA, depending on your location. There may be additional delays beyond our control on the carrier's end and at customs.

 

FAQs


My parcel seems to be lost. What should I do?

Contact the carrier directly (eg. Canada Post) with your tracking number. they will be able to tell you exactly where your package is. if they ever tell you that they can't find it, reach out to us at hello@temple13.com and we will see what we can do to help locate your parcel. 


Can I have my shipping fees reimbursed? 

All shipping charges, including those for returns, are non-refundable. please also note that if you make a mistake in the address, the second shipping attempt will be at your expense at all times (even if you were entitled to a free delivery on the initial order).

It is your responsibility to pick up your package at the post office within the time limit set by Canada Post. if this time limit is exceeded and the package is returned to us, it may be reshipped (reshipment costs at the customer's expense), or refunded (less return shipping costs paid by Temple13).

 

Can I track my order online?

Yes. You can track your order by clicking on the “Track Shipment” link that will be emailed to you when your order has been shipped. You will be taken to the shipping carrier’s website where you will be able to track your order.

 

Can I pick up my order instead of paying for shipping?

Definitely! Temple13 is located in Arnprior, Ontario, approximately 40 minutes from Downtown Ottawa. If pickup is easier for you than shipping, please choose 'Pickup' as your shipping method at checkout and we will advise you of our pickup location in a follow-up email.

 

How do I know when my order is ready for pickup?

You will receive an email informing you that your order is ready for pickup as soon as it is complete. You will also find our address and business hours in the email for your convenience.

Where are you located? 

Your pickup confirmation email will provide you with our address, but if you'd like to plan ahead or have misplaced the email, please visit our About Us page.


What about local delivery? 

We offer local delivery to those who reside within the 30km radius of our studio located in Arnprior ON. If local delivery is available in your area, the option will be automatically generated at checkout. 

Complimentary Local Delivery: Enjoy free local delivery on orders over $80.

Flat Rate Local Delivery: For orders under $80, a nominal flat rate of $8.00 will apply.

Delivery Timeline: Anticipate a delivery window of 3-5 business days for local deliveries. Please note that tracking numbers are not provided for local deliveries.

How do I change an order I submitted to Temple13 online?

As orders are processed fairly quickly, we are unable to accommodate order changes or cancellations; erroneously ordered items must be returned after delivery.
